Once we have confirmed the availability of the stocks we will notify you and you can then proceed with the payments. Please bank in to us within 2 days to prevent any disappointment as we do not reserve any items unless it is paid. Please send us the receipt of payment and we will then post the items as soon as the products has arrived. :D
Payment

As we are new we currently DO NOT handle Cash On Delivery (COD)!
After the confirmation and payment is made, we do not allow refunds; please make sure the order is correct before payment is made! :)
Reservations
Fashion Diary do not allow any reservations to be made without any payment given. In the event that an item has been sold out and you have make the payment we will refund the money back to you. So that it will be fair to us and our customers.
Shipment
We will send your parcel to you within 10 - 15 working days after the date of payment.
